CSR Development Conference
ABOUT THE CONFERENCEWe know CSRs are vital to the success of any agency. This conference is typically held in early November at the MAIA Headquarters in Jefferson City. It begins on Thursday morning and runs until around 4:00 with sessions geared toward CSRs and fun activities to promote networking and teamwork. It continues on Friday with more sessions developed specifically for CSRs and their unique skill set.
