EPLI

Employment Practices and Discrimination Liability coverage (EPLI) can be endorsed on your Swiss Re or Utica E&O policy. Standalone EPLI is also available through various markets. This is essential coverage for every firm, no matter the size.  Coverages available include:
 
  • Defense of a claim for wrongful employment practices and employment-related acts of discrimination
  • Claims concerning public accommodations or accessibility as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Third-party liability
  • Defense costs outside the limits
  • No Intentional Acts exclusion
  • Coverage for wrongful employment acts involving the use of the internet and email
