CISR courses are offered in convenient locations throughout the state. One-day sessions offer minimal time away from the office and the low fee includes tuition, class notebook, lunch and refreshments.
CISR ELIGIBILITY
Designed for producers, CSRs, account executives and other insurance professionals. Anyone may attend classes without taking the exam.

CISR EXAM
IN-PERSON COURSESCISR exams must be taken online through the PROfile page. For participants who want to take the exam the day of the course, MAIA will proctor the exam immediately following the course, but participants must provide their own equipment to take the exam. The exam can also be taken online until Thursday at 11:59 p.m. the week following the class, but will require a disinterested third party to proctor the exam. The designation is awarded by officials of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. To keep your designation, you must update each year with annual continuing education courses offered by The Alliance.
CISR ELITE: THE NEXT STEP
To earn your CISR Elite status, you must attend and pass all nine CISR courses. You must pass the additional four CISR courses within three calendar years.
