MAIA offers E&O seminars that qualify for a credit for Swiss Re, Utica and Allianz E&O policies. Classes are typically held in March in Columbia, and in the fall at various locations around the state, and there are also webinars throughout the year. ABOUT THE COURSE
The E&O seminar can help members reduce their E&O exposure based on real-life examples from other agencies, including some recent E&O cases. The course is taught by experienced instructors who have worked in the insurance and/or the legal profession.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Spring classes are generally filed for 3 ethics credits in Missouri and Kansas.
Fall classes are generally filed for 3 ethics credits and the Agency Compliance Seminar is filed for 1 ethics credit in Missouri and Kansas.

Reviewing the most frequent E&O claims using real-life examples
